I'm hoping to go a while before they need doing. Not a huge deal for me though. They're gonna get banged up a bit no matter what. I live in the country Haha.

Yeah, that's kinda my feeling about wheels too. They are close to the ground, moving, in the line of fire, they aren't there to be pretty, they are gonna get dinged up.

Seems like it is always the people with trashed interiors, no money, 5 miles from the end of the warranty with bald tires wanting the wheels replaced for clear coat peeling too.

The new old focus with the old old Torino.

Hopefully some day I can retake this with a restored torino.

Nice. Mine has no options Haha. Which I like. I never use ac, and manual windows and locks are awesome.

I have yet to use the a/c. There's been days where I should have, but I haven't; I'm already sitting at 3k rpms cruising at 70, which I don't like, and a/c would drag my 22.5 mpg down more.
I want to get power locks and a key fob, but I'm too lazy to do so right now, but the I love manual windows, and transmissions.
Mine also has a restarting issue if it's warm and it's hot outside :annoyed:

That's terrible mileage lol. Its still cold here (well, cold by an Americans standards) and im getting 30-34 mpg lol.

As for ac, I have yet to use it I'm any vehicle I drive, other than to see if it still works.

Windows down and tunes cranked. Good for me. I like fresh air.

Even if it's 90f +. No ac.

Oh, and I smacked a pot home and killed a tire lol. So I've got two old ones up front and the new wheels on back. Looks ghetto Haha.

Getting new tires soon I hope.
Michelin pilot sport a/s 3.

Great reviews. Gonna grab a set.

Well, beats my Jeep's 16 mpg for my 50 mile round trip. And it's also less expensive to fill since the Focus has a 12 gallon tank and the Jeep has an 18 gallon tank :) and the Focus's tank seems to be lasting longer, especially if I'm not being a race car driver in it... that might influence my 22 mpgs.

The only time I have ever needed to use a/c was in a black car in the summer in Utah... other wise it's just roll the windows down, or window since they're manuals :)

I'm also in a rather mountainous region of Washington so I'm climbing a lot of hills...

Haha yeah I hear ya. I'd be happy with 20+ honestly lol.

Beats the 15 in the ranger on my 140 mile round trip commute hahahah.

Was originally looking for a 5th gen civic. 40+ mpg, but the price people want for a car that old with lots of miles was insane. So I went with a good ol ford.

140 mile round trip?! Thats about how long my 3rd gen ranger lasts on a full tank. I was looking at a 95 civic but the kid didnt tell me about the dented fender so I walked. Then my father told me about this focus. I will be getting it tinted soon, not sure what else I wanna do to it.

Lol yep. I spend 3 hours a day commuting.

My 06 only uses half a tank a day. $45.

Nice. My 94 is a turd right now so I'm averaging about 14, and my fuel gauge doesn't work so I fill up every 160 miles. But the focus is real nice for my commute.
