This is my A#1 prize Ranger.......too many mods to list but the basics are a full roller 387W and PA Comp C4.

Bought this a for a summer DD........2.3L, 5 speed, manual steering, rubber mat, but has A/C?? Odd but an awesome little truck. NO rust at all, now up to 86K miles.

Then swapped wheels as the only mod........$100 for all four with good tires!

This is the newest project.........going to be a EFI 5.0, T5 truck. Bought it for $300. The cab is worse than I thought (mainly the floor) and I knew the bed would need replaced.

So I got this for a parts truck.......the cab is pretty good, interior is excellent and I can use some other parts in the V8 swap....EFI fuel tank, power steering (wife requested that) and various other tidbits. It's not lowered, the spring towers were torched out at the junkyard.

That's it for now. I'm going to do a build thread for the newest project.

Nice Rangers. I love your summer DD Ranger. I've always liked the 89/92 look and your sure found a nice clean original one. Your hot rod Ranger is cool too.

It's amazing how stock it is. The wiring is still in the original looms and pegs. Never been chopped or modded for added lights, switches, etc. Bummer that the motor started clattering from the head this week. May start working on it next week.

I would check the oil pressure and if it's low, drop the oil pan and check the pick up screen. It was common for the oil pan seal to fail and clog the oil pick up screen.
