The seat bottom is torn on the door side of the drivers seat in mine as well and the track is bad as the seat doesn't have full forward and rearward travel as it should.I have two!.
I pulled the dash out of one a week and a half ago, seats were absolutely perfect in that one (mine has the customary Ford tear on the DS bottom) someone had used the passenger seat as a grease rag... that irritates me.
I could have but it was the 2nd time I was there that weekend (first time I forgot to bring the hand tools
) Its a two hour ride one way from my house. And I was home only for the extended weekend. I'm currently 4hrs away from home at college... 
Yes the frame side bracket for the motor mount is DIFFERENT between 2wd and 4x4 for the 2.3Engine.
