Welcome to TRS :)

"Turn over" means different things to different people.

I assume from your other words that the starter motor is working, so engine turns over but will not start.

I would do a 50/50 test
Spray some gasoline or Quick Start(ether) into the intake and then try to start engine.
If it starts and then dies spark is working but fuel injection is not
If it doesn't start then spark is the problem
50/50

The TFI spark system did have problems as it got older, 29 years counts as older

Good read here on that system: http://www.therangerstation.com/tech_library/TFI_Diagnostic.shtml

And that is so very much not how language is supposed to work.

English, the language of misunderstanding.
As Steve Martin said, "those French.........they have a different word for everything"

Well in our English, we have many different words for the SAME thing, lol.

And some words sound the same but are spelled different and mean different things, and some words are spelled the same but sound different, and some words are spelled the same, sound the same but the meaning is different
meet and meat
beat and beet
bare and bear
wear and where

I am going to READ this
I just READ this

I went to store and got fresh PRODUCE
Get to work and PRODUCE something

I WOUND a bandage around the WOUND

I went DUCK hunting
I had to DUCK to avoid being hit

It was warm by the FIRE
Pull back slowly on the trigger to FIRE the gun
The boss hated to do it but he had to FIRE the man.

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
Aaaaaahhhhh!!!!!! I'm so confused.

BTW, steep side slopes are useful for turning a truck over.

I once read that English is a bastard step-child raised and abused by two step-parents who were never married to the biological parents.

lol, and why we never switched fully to the metric system, when you are totally dysfunctional why not add to the confusion.

A METER is a gauge or display, not a length, go back to Europe, and crawl there, because you're leaving your FEET here, you don't deserve them :)
