Any time the truck sits for say 30 minutes or longer if i apply the brakes i feel a pop and hear a loud clunk from the right side of the vehicle. It does this with or without the clutch pushed in. After the initial pop it doesn't do it again until it sits. I'm not sure what it is. I'm planning on looking at it this weekend so any thoughts are appreciated. Is there anything in particular i should look for that could be causing this? I'm going to be going through the brake system, steering, and suspension. So hopefully i find the issue in one of those inspections.

Sounds like a seized brake shoe on RHS.

+1 ^^

It will most likely be rear brake right side, it is either worn down or not adjusting like it should when you back up or use emergency brake.
Many with automatics don't use the e-brake, so back brakes never get adjusted like they should.

You can hold the e-brake release and pump the e-brake pedal a few times, to adjust rear brakes, but I would still check both rear brakes
