I have a 1989 Ranger 2.3 5 speed 2wd that I am getting ready for the road. I have no wires to the b/u light switch at all. I have looked all over for wires cut or a plug that a harness would plug into. My old 87 the wires come out of a harness behind the valve cover and on a 93 at work they come out at the same spot but it has a plug that a harness plugs into that goes to the b/u light switch. I have traced the black wire with purple tracer from the b/u light socket (at taillight) to a plug under the hood and it then heads towards the inside. Where does the org wires come from and does it use a plug-in harness or wired directly to the switch. Anyone have a copy of the Ford wiring diagram for this? I appreciate any help as I have been to 3 junkyards and have found out nothing. Merry Christmas & Thanks
