Steering wheel lights?

Okay, on my ranger, the lights for the cruise control, only light up on the Left side, the ON/OFF buttons. Is the right side suppose to light up as well?

IF it is, how would I make them work?

I doubt there would be a bulb in there but that it would be more like an illuminated switch. Pop off the buttons and see what's behind them, if they're a sealed unit then you might want to get new switches or find a junkyard steering wheel

No, its not a big deal. take air bag assy. off, switches are right there. disconect and the pull apart real easy. Tiny little bulbs, pay attention to their oreintation in the little circuit board..... if you cant get bulbs locally ive got some.

try wiggling the buttons back and forth....mine did;nt work for a while then i started screwing with them and they came on

Center of wheel, cant miss it! LOL 2 torx head bolts hold it in, one elect. conn that you dont have to discon. just lay on top of steering column.
