Lol, I need an xcab frame & axles. Bought a 2wd ranger that was in a front end collision. It needs a new frame, so im swapping to 4x4...

Pretty much what my plan was. The only hard part I ran into was trying to locate a front clip for my truck. Everything in the junkyard was either also in a front end collision or missing already. :annoyed:

Bought a 91' Ranger with a 4.0 OHV, M5OD, dana 35, and ford 8.8 for $700. Using it for the swap now.

Gotta love all those rules. I'm glad I live in the sticks where no one tells me what I can and can't do in my own driveway.
It was looking pretty sweet, to bad we won't see the final product.
