Got the code reader i get a 21 and 24. 21 is cooling temperature sensor which i believe has to do with the engine not being at running temperature when i test which i cant get it to start... 24 is intake air charge temperature sensor which is the small cylinder attached to the side of the upper intake correct? only thing is if that sensor is bad would that keep the truck from starting? thanks in advance

no if the pcm sees an issue with the circuit it substitutes a value in for it.
