We are getting ready to pull the 2.9 from our donor truck and was wondering where to attach the lift chains on the engine. Would hate to wreck something by hooking up to the wrong place.

I usually bolt to the back and front of the heads. Be sure to have a jack under the trans bell supporting it when pulling out. I think when I pulled last time, I might have used one of the alternator bracket bolts, and one back in the passenger head.
