A quick google search netted me this info.

https://lmr.com/products/Ford-Lightning-Brake-Kits

Pretty sure he got his from a junkyard/donor truck and fabricated them onto his rig.

Not sure it's a direct bolt on to any stock Ranger setup. Even a 70's Ford Bronco 9" would need a disc brake conversion kit to apply this.

The 2001 Lightning rear calipers are bolt on to the Explorer caliper bracket. You will need to use brake pads from a newer Explorer or Crown Vic with phenolic pistons.

I used 2001 Lightning rear calipers (2" bore, phenolic piston) and 2005 Ford Explorer pads on the stock 1998 Explorer brackets and rotors.

Thank you for answer! What else calipers are bolt on to Explorer? I expect also to swap 2010 Ranger vent rear rotors, but this rotors are thicker then the stock rotors.....

Grand Marquis and Crown Vic calipers will bolt up, but the bleeder screw will be on the wrong side. The later Crown Vic also has vented rotors...which might be too thick to fit in the calipers on the Explorer brackets.
