Probably didnt need to start a new thread but is this the speedometer cable?

Since this is already here ill ask here, what would cause my speedometer to bounce around and generally be at a higher speed than normal?

My 94 Speedo bounces like a 4 year old in a bouncy castle.

I replaced the sensor on top of the diffy, elevated 85%

You might need to pull the cable out to clean and relube it. Thats what I did with mine.
