I know this is a VERY common issue but my windshield wiper sprayers don't work. I checked the fuse and it was fine, there are no leaks in the hoses, I have fluid in the reservoir. Also I can even hear the pump turning trying to spray it. Any other things I'm missing?

Follow the hose up to the nozzles and look for breaks or cracks. Disconnect the hose at the reservor and see if the pump is working and work your way to the nozzles.

I had the barbed "T" fitting disintegrate on me while I was swapping out my cam synchronizer. It was pretty obvious that not a whole lot of fluid was going to get thu that fitting. That might be (part of) your problem. On my 2001 Edge, the "T" fitting is on the firewall near the heater hoses (passenger side).

If you have the correct noises and fluid, it is all most all ways the hole is the sprayer.
Taunt it with a needle to free the crusty obstruction.

I switched out my resivior and didnt do a good job cleaning it out got sand in the hose and nozel so unplug your hose at the nozel then take a blow gun and shoot up the little nozels to back blow the flow should clear it up if it keeps plugging up on you clean system thourghly replace all hoses i added a small cheap inline fuel filter to the hose up by the nozel and havent been bothered by it plugging up yet unless ice caps it

Didn't have the plugged up issue on either of mine yet but I did cut my hose and wrapped some vinyl tubing around my rad hose and connect it in between the reservoir and nozzles to warm the fluid up a bit in the winter
