There are different types.
Some can be wired in with existing stock wiring others require ballasts to be wired in.

What brand are they?

They are the cheap chrome ones off ebay that have the place to put the stock bulb and a projector next to it.

Did not see any on ebay that would be narrowed down by "cheap chrome ones" :)

But if you are going to run these in addition to regular head lights then you will need to add a fuse, a relay and one 12volt wire to each one.

So you will want to get:
12v 10amp in-line fuse
12v 20amp SPST relay, it will have 4 posts/contacts
some 14 or 16 gauge wire
1 wire splicer, sold for hooking up trailer lights

Mount the lights and ground each one where the current head lights are grounded, usually rad support, but needs to be a "paint free" ground.

A relay is an automatic switch, relays are used when you want to put multiple power draws on one manual switch and not have to run bigger wire for extra amps.

A relay has 2 parts, the coil and the contacts
The coil is what activates the relay and closes the contacts.
The coil draws under 1/2 amp, so can be added to any circuit without blowing fuses.

So you will need to ID the low beam wire on one of the current head lights.
You will splice a wire onto that wire, then run that wire to one side of the relay coil, then run a ground wire for the other side of the relay coil.
The coil has no +/- side, but needs 12v on one leg and ground on the other.

Turn on head lights and relay should click closed.

Now for the contacts, this is also called the load
You need a full time 12v source, battery + is fine or ??
Run wire from 12v source to in-line fuse, then from fuse to relay contact, either one.
Then connect the two wires(from each new light) to the other contact.

Turn on head lights new lights should be on.

Looks like they are not "add ons" they are replacements, so just swap them in, in place of original, no changes to wiring
