Great looking engine. Your Ranger looks great too. Other than being lowered it has a nice clean stock look. I bet it doesn't sound stock.

Thanks. There are a couple other give aways that would suggest it's not stock. The sound is definitely one of them :icon_thumby:

Bit of an update, 5 speed swap is done, Well driving at least. I still have a few things to tidy/finish up. It is so much better than my old c4. Made the truck much more fun to drive.:icon_welder:

I have the battery and a fuel cell mounted in the bed of the truck right now. Its cool and all, but kind of impractical. I Also have 3' dual exhaust that just exits straight out the back.

So what im thinking is put a high volume fuel pump in the stock tank and put the tank back in. Re route exhaust so it works with the tank, and tuck the pipes up in the back and dump them down to the pavement just before the rear bumper so they are hidden. Ill probably sink the battery into the floor of the bed aswell.

i like to drive this truck and among other reasons, id like the space in the bed back. The stock tank just seems more practical. what do you guys think?

Using the stock tank sounds like a good idea, I will give you more room in the bed in case you need to haul something.
