Got my 7" back-up camera monitor mounted behind the shifter on the hump. No room in front of the shifter. Leaning towards under the driver's seat.

Clean your room before you criticise the world.
I like shran's idea but doesn't leave much room for leg room and man that's a nice interior to for a wheelin rig

You'd be surprised, it's quite a ways from your legs... plenty of room.

That's a really old pic, from like 2008 when I got the truck. Doesn't look like that anymore, I did new vinyl on the floor, seats from an '05 and swapped the dash and all the trim out for blue parts. It is way nice for a trail rig but those upgrades cost very little, so why not.

Doofy:

My s/c has a bag with tow rope, booster cables, 1st aid kit, blanket. I had the sandwich maker sew a couple strips of velcro on and the extinguisher is held to it - no one is going ot sit in the jump seat being me anyways.

My daughter's r/c has it on the back shelf. My son's Mustang has one in spare tire well. And wife's Escape has it in the side cubby at back.

I believe one of the 4 has been used in anger; can't remember why though. Dad had a carb fire on the Montego and by time fire department got there, the car was totaled, so its just seemed like a good idea.

And I should check gauges just to make sure they are still ready.

Yes, fire extinguishers can be life savers as well as property savers. I once saved a 14'x70' mobile home with one 10# Halon extinguisher. Snuffed that fire immediately.

I'll probably buy a couple of 5# or 10# Dry powder BC extinguishers from Amazon. If I didn't live in such a frozen State, I would carry foam BC extinguishers.

Been thinking about putting one in my Bronco 2, just haven't decided where. Maybe in one of those side storage boxes in the back so its out of the way, yet pretty easy to get to.

I would imagine that easy access and some form of restraint would be the most important things to consider. Don't want a 5 or 10 pound missile flying around in case of an accident.
