Which way does this dang thing go?

Sorry to sound so simple, but which way does the clutch plate go? Does the raised center section go in towards the engine or away from it?

When you look at it you will see that the sprung hub fits into the pressure plate and if you flip it backwards the hub hits the flywheel.
