My Ranger has had a check engine on for a while now and I finally have another car that I can drive so I can take this apart and fix it. I have done the scans and got a P1151 code.

I have tried looking for a vacuum leak with carb cleaner but have had no luck. Could somebody post a picture to help me identify all of the vacuum lines? I want to make sure and check all those before doing anything drastic.

Also I have heard of problems with the fuel rail-to-intake gasket manifold but the Ford TSB is for '97 Rangers with the 4.0L. My question is was this a problem for '99 Rangers too?

Thanks for the help!

Try the search function. I never had any of these issues with any car or truck I have ever owned or still own. Google the question and you will see a lot of write-ups on the fuel lines you need to see. Get a manual if you don't have one...it does save a lot of time waiting for somebody to answer questions if you have only one ride and waiting for a reply.
