fender trimming

i need to trim my fenders on my B2 to be able to turn the wheels enough to steer...what do i use to cut the fenders,do i use a flap disk to clean them up afterwards.and what do i use to make new fender wells?

use a cut off wheel and then a flap disc to clean the edges. You can also use some door trim molding to cover the sharp edge. If you cut deep into the rear then you'll need some sheet metal to patch the wheel well.

I used an air chisel, it was super loud and badass, not a very clean cut at all, but a cut notches up every 1/2in that went up 1/4in and bent them up then covered with rocker gaurd paint ( Basically bed liner )

It actually looks pretty good, as far as inner fender I cut or removed almost all of it, not recommending it but thats what I did, some people cut slits up the inner fender and bend it back and screw it into the metal behind it
