Anyone seen these locking D35/D44 spindle nuts?

Haven't seen anyone mention these here yet... (saw it in one of my 4WD magazines)

It looks like a two-piece lock nut you use to replace just your outer spindle nuts, then you tighten down two allen-head cap screws that clamp the two pieces together to keep them from backing off.

Unlike the Stage-8 locknuts, these Blitzkrieg nuts look like they may actually fit inside the D35's hubs.

Looking at the enlarged picture it actually looks like it's just the outer nut (or it replaces both? not sure), it looks like it's thick one piece with some cuts on the sides where the two allen bolts are so it pinches the cut part putting stress on the threads so it can't back off. It looks like it should work decent.

Look like a nice upgrade. I use a pinch style nut on my sand rail spindles and they work very well.

Looks pretty sweet, i'd probably use blue locktite on the allen heads too.

I have those ratcheting ones on my F-150 and love them. Definitely makes it easier to service. Never thought to try them on my Choptop with the D-35....

how do you tighten the allen screws?
With the locking hub removed, you'd be able to tighten that allen head easily.

On the Dana 35, the hubs just slide over the top of the spindle and spindle nuts, and are held on by the wheel/lugnuts

My credo
In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
As long as the OD fits inside the hub, I guess almost any of these ideas would work.

It has been a long time since I worked on my F150 (sold it long ago [emoji29]). I don't remember how those ratcheting nuts worked. Must have been simple because I don't think I had a torque wrench back then.
