Lol. Let me know when you start sas'ing this thing and I'll see if I got some free time. I'd like to be part of a b2 SAS so I've done one by the time I get another 1.

This talking to you on MSJ and TRS thing is getting confusing! :D

Will be starting as soon as I can gather all parts. Not sure how long that will take. Hopefully not too long.

I'm actually ready to order some parts. I'm going to start with the suspension so I can get these things mounted first. Then worry about rebuilding them. Here is what I'm looking at and am open to suggestions.

Wild Horses Rock Crawler 5 1/2" Coil Springs

I don't know if this will be too tall or not. I'm wanting 35s. My truck already has a 3" BL on it. I want to be able to stuff the tires in the fenders and not tear em off.

James Duff Coil Buckets :

"Our proven coil bucket design has been revamped to accept either stock or Early Bronco coil springs for those doing a Solid Axle Swap on their Bronco II, 83-97 Ranger or 91-94 Explorer.

Designed and fabricated in house of 1/4" laser cut plate steel, these buckets completely replace the stock coil bucket and shock mount. Both shocks mount behind the coil for reduced sway, a smoother ride, better tire clearance and articulation. Will work with the stock sway bar. Bolt on design, no welding required. Blue powdercoated for long lasting good looks. All new parts, No core required."

Trac Bar : Wild Horses 66-75 Trac Bar Drop Bracket

Would this work?

Also plan on doing the f250 shock mount.

I like these radius arms, but not the price:

Stage 3 Tubular Long Travel Radius Arms
Ford Bronco Long Travel Radius Arms. Ours are the only Early Bronco Radius Arms to utilize 2" diameter, 1/4" thick heavy wall tubing, cast iron head units, and massive 1" bore high quality Rod Ends for maximum strength. Arms are designed with built in caster, offset to clear larger tires and tight to the frame rail to improve ground clearance. 10 3/4" longer than stock—Moving the pivot point farther back vastly improving suspension travel and articulation, overall handling and control for on road driving. Built in lower shock mounts for use with stock shock mounting position or our Stage 2 Hoops and our Long Travel Shocks for 15" of travel. Best results are achieved when these arms are used in conjunction with Duff suspension components. Blue powdercoated for long lasting good looks. Requires reuse of original C-caps. Includes arms, head units, rod ends, bushings and all necessary mounting hardware. All new parts, no core necessary.

Still don't know if I want to buy extended arms or build/have some one build them.

Since you are using mostly Duff stuff I can tell you my real world experince. Mine was a 91 Ex using the 5.5" EB springs and Duff buckets.

I got aboout 7"-8" of lift and it rode excellent. I tried the 3.5" springs but they were way too soft for a daily driver.
There is a guy around here that has your exact same setup (B2 w/ 302) and he is running the 3.5" springs and says it is fine.

Either way, I'd lift it and ditch the body lift. You can run 35s with either setup, just depends on how much you want to trim.

If you copied that info from their site, it's wrong. The arms are .313 wall. You would need the kit for the C-channel frame. The one you have listed is for the EB w/ boxed frame.

I'm not decided on the arms yet. I think I may just order it all from duff..would save me on shipping. But I've heard the wild horses springs are a little more flexy.

Sent in my list. :yahoo:

Here's what I ordered:

SAS Bronco 2/Ranger/Explorer Radius Arms
Dual shock SAS coil buckets
Early Bronco/SAS 5.5" coil springs
Radius Arm C-caps
HD Lower Coil Retainer

Not sure about the arms...couldn't find a picture or price on the site, but they did have them listed.

You have the track bar bracket yet? Because James duff makes a bolt on one! Just have to order it over the phone because it's not on there web page. That's what I'm using. Andy with the explorer who works at James duff made it and it works great!
