Very clean!

In Florida, could not sacrifice A/C but where summer temps allow, yours is the cleanest path I've seen.

what you mean "85"? I would think the heater will still work, the problem is the valve cover has no room for the heater hump is in the way and needs to be trimmed down.

BRUCE My 1988 had AC in it and had to get a ac delete air box and modify it like that also for a 351 fit...with the ac box on there the dipstick was in the way....Nice job!!

Looks like the same idea we had. looks good!! and the dipstick is a pain in the ass....

I personally would have done this. And this has worked great for all my swaps. Gives you room. And keeps the function of the heater.

you guys must drive your trucks all winter. this was originally not going to have a heater in it as a summer only truck. then decided that a heater would be better for spring and fall days... (clean the window dew) no winter driving at all... i can't see why it wont let air pass through it as it doesn't fully delete the passage just restricts the air flow.

widow, nicely done... by the time i got started on it i was past the point of no return so i just kept going at it and that is how it came out. did go to JY and get another one in case I wanted to start over... but will see what happens here.

cheers

Ahh fair enough. Yeah here on Long Island. We have many days where the weather is decent. But it’s colder than a witches..... you get what I’m saying.
