Seems a bit pricey for 182,000 miles. And it's not an Eddie Bauer edition. And you still have to deal with the mismatched wheels, that would drive me crazy. I would hold out for one with a V8 and less miles for that much money, if I were the one paying for it.

v8 x2! Stay away from a 4r44e/ 5r55e (v6 trans) if possible. the 4r70w and 5.0L are an unstoppable set - the mileage difference is not that big either.
