Dashboard Restoration

I am stumped on the dashboard i am trying to reline the fabric in the cubby that is in the dashboard. It looks like Ford sprayed it in but i am not sure if they did or what they even used.

Not sure actually but if you scrape off what is on there you can use something like adhesive spray to reline the box with any material. If you are going for original look you may need to research how they were made but if you just want to tidy it up I'd suggest getting some vinyl or leather and cut it to size and glue it in.

Or you could measure it and stitch the side panels...just make the bottom, back, and top one piece and the sides should be easy.

I wanted to put a half mesh extension on mine to keep my music tapes from falling out with every bump or sharp turn...:)
