Issue: Drives great in town but after driving on 75ish on the interstate for an hour or so, the check engine light comes on, and if you pull off the highway and stop, the engine acts like it wants to die (oil pressure and rpm drop). All filters and fluids are fresh and full. One time after stopping, felt like the trans was slipping: no movement when in drive. After a few minutes of sitting, it's like nothing ever happened, get in and head on down the highway. Doesn't seem to matter if I drive in overdrive or not.
Thought trans fluid was getting too hot so I rigged up a "radiator" with 9-10ft of extra hose from stock cooler on the front. Wound hose back and forth across front grill and topped off fluid. No change, Ayúdame, Obi Wan.
