So the newer (1998) T-case that is on the M50D I just obtained is not going to work on my older truck that has the speedo cable connected to the older T-case.
The T-case doesn't look terribly complicated to "rebuild" So, before I decide to sell the newer one. Does it make sense to use the newer one to "replace the internal parts? My older one seems ok except for a very slight play in the output bearing to the rear drive shaft.
