I have a Mazda 5 speed tranny and was wondering what transfer case will hook to it? Any help will be great.

Either a 1350 or a 1354 will bolt up, but the driveshafts will be different between the two.

Now do you just have one laying around, or it is in your vehicle already?

Is it one of the rare actual RWD (not 4x4 with dummy case) units in a B2?

I removed the "dummy" when I switched from auto to manual. Now I replaced the 2wd front end with the 4x4 front end of a '93 explorer. Now I was starting to look for a good transfer case.

Ok, that sheds some good light on the exact info you need. While either will work I would look for a 1354. It's just stronger.

They will be in 1990 and up, mostly 4.0 equipped vehicles. A 1st gen Explorer 4x4 is pretty much guaranteed to have one.
