I was wondering if there was a handy list of what different cab / bed configurations were available for any given year, or generation of Ranger?

Was there at anytime a extended cab long bed?

Nope, an extended cab LWB truck was never offered from the factory. You could get a LWB/reg cab, a SWB/reg cab, or a SWB/ext. cab.

only way to have a extended cab long bed is to remove bed ,cut frame & make it longer then install a long bed.
