With just a good paint job running $2-10k it is hard to justify restoring ANYTHING. Throw some body work in there along with anything the powertrain might need and a great many cars are better off sent to the crusher.

But then where is the fun in that?:icon_confused:

Or you could pay big $$ out of the hole and re-restore it because the last guy didn't know what he was doing/cut corners.
Well yeah, just a good paint job for an entire car is expensive. With that car the costs are hard to estimate. It would be a frame off restoration..What is your point exactly? It's a Maverick, not the most popular thing to restore but either way restore any old car is expensive and timely.:icon_welder:
