We got a 1991 explorer donor vehicle for a 4.0 engine swap for my son's 1989 broncoii. The radiator look to be the same size. Is there a difference between the radiators?

There is a difference, but the donor rad will fit, so if its good I'd use it :icon_thumby:

The radiator in the explorer is bad, so I was hoping to use the radiator from the broncoii. Will that work?

Yes it will, provided it's one for an AC equiped truck. The little 1 row ones that came in BIIs without AC I would not use.

The little one row radiator is the same for B2, Rangers and for Explorers without automatic.

Its what is in my 4.0 b2- have thought about swapping to the auto radiator but have never run hot yet.

I prefer the thicker ones for safety sake
