all of that makes sense.. i know about the disconnects for the d30, but they are annoying. like you said- they usually don't come apart right.. the bolt is almost easier than disconnects.

my buddy had 2 cotter pins on his, the middle bar was supposed to come out when you removed them....he usually wheeled with them on

Another real advantage to no sway bar is when your going off road it rides so much smoother the ttb rides smooth anyway.I keep trying to think of a way to lock it together from two pieces pulling pins is a pain and you run it attached a lot.
