it's a truck, the noise from the locker will be drowned out by the noise the tires make and the noise the tires make will be drown out the noise the locker makes, lol
From what I've read about lunchbox lockers so far, combined with my noisy lifters and fuel injectors, it would make a hell of a rhythm section for a punk rock band.

They aren't loud at all, I can only hear mine if the windows are down and I'm making a tight low speed turn in a parking lot.

I have ran a lockright in my old 8.8...and now in my new 8.8 I'm running a Detroit. I run an aussie in the front d35. The lock right was damn fine for the price in the back...never failed or let me down, noise was very minimal (other than as noted in slow speed tight pavement turns) My Detroit is even smoother/no noise and is reliable as hell.

The aussie up front I was pleasantly surprised with...its not even noticeable up front (other than the traction it offers) no noise, steering is really no different than before and again no problems as of yet. I would highly recommend the aussie.
