I just picked up a 82 Bronco, not planning on anything wild, fix some stuff, and upgrade the front suspension to handle the awful roads up here.
Is there a site with the tech articles for the fullsize trucks, like what is here? I gotta thank Jim for all the hard work over the years to make the tech articles what they are
Right now I'm trying to hunt out a solution. I want to do what I did with my TTB Rangers, stuff as much spring as I can in, while being able to align it without drop brackets. In the past I used F150 springs and cut them to fit, but being less poor but still budget minded, I'd love to find some 2.5" PROGRESSIVE rate lift springs, like the prerunner guys use to soak up rough roads. I'm at a loss.
I'm considering new Moog progressive coils, and spin out a few spacers at work to get my lift, but I'm trying to avoid spacers if I can
