lumbar leak

have a 1995 ranger 4.0L bucket seats. power lumbar on both seats pump up, but then slowly deflate . any suggestions on a fix ? and how do you get the fabric off the seat back so I could look for the problem ?

Doing things wrong, until I get it right.
Fabric comes off like catfish skin. Peel it off, when you're done the seat cover will be inside out, it goes on the same way, start inside out and pull it onto the seat, almost like a condom. lol
