3rd party wiring harness's can be very good, never used "Ron Francis wiring harness" but have used others for imports, bare bones OBD1 and OBD2 Computer wiring
Everything labeled and fits :)

A4LD had same or similar NSS(Neutral Safety Switch)

AOD wiring here: http://i.imgur.com/pMaJl.jpg

One wire will have 12v with Key on, thats the power for Reverse lights find that wire with Volt Meter or test light.

With key on, Trans in PARK!!!!
Touch that 12v wire to one of the others, if Reverse lights come on then label both as reverse lights
If starter motor clicks ON, then label the touched wire as starter
If nothing happens then that's the wire from ignition switch(START), or from coil/module, test another wire, find Reverse light wire and START wire

There is no Polarity or direction on the NSS, as picture shows pins 1 and 2 are Connected when shifter is in Reverse.

3 and 4 are connected when trans is in Park or Neutral, so will pass power from key/ignition switch to starter relay on fender when key is turned to START

If you have a 5th wire it would go to the Coil or TFI ignition module, so could be connected to 3 or 4
