speedo calibration help?

I have put in a 3.73 exploder rear axle and 31x10.5 under my truck and really need help figurin out what i need to do to recalibrate the speedo without buying a tuner. any ideas thoughts or help? original gears were 3.27 and tires were 245x75

When i put 32's on my ranger w/ 3.27's, I used a gps and just remembered that 100kph really equals 112kph, and that 50kph really equals 56kph.

previously, i've just gotten pals, or gf's, to drive ahead of me and tell me how fast we were going!

not very fancy but it works!
