is there any visible distinction between roller and flat tappets under the valve covers or do i have to tear the front of the motor apart again? and if i tear the timing cover off, will there be numbers on the front of the cam?
if i take a push rod out, will the length of it reveal what tappet it is? i would imagine roller tappet push rods would be shorter than flat ones but i don't know that to be fact.
still trying to figure out what dizz i need to find
