anyone else have this problem? it bugs me and i wanna fix it. I'm thinking about getting some quality helper springs but if it will just make it stiff crooked than i would rather do new leafs. I cant tell if the leaf is starting loose its strength or if it is something else.????

sounds like a perfect candidate for an explorer leaf spring swap.

what all is evolved in the explorer leaf swap? is it just a strait replacement for the b2s or do you have to modify the shackles?

Would just go with the explorer leafs, they are lot stronger then the b2 leafs with helper leafs. You have more of a chance of breaking the b2 leafs with helper leafs than you do using explorer leafs. A lot of member's on here would recommend explorer leafs over the B2 leafs.

yeah that is true but im looking for the weight i carry to be level instead of more weight capacity. is it common to snap a leaf spring? doesnt it take a lot of weight to do that? as in way more than the vehicle should have in the first place? decisions decisions

Just depends on the leaf spring when or if it will but the more the sag the more the leaf spring is weak and can cause it to snap. And would hate to have some one going down the road with a load and then have it snap and see that person having a roll over or end up injuring some one else that is on the road.

At any cost would replace the leaf springs that are causing a sag. would rather be safe then sorry in the long run but that is all up to you.
