92 with a 3.0. Is therected a spring that goes with the valve in the high pressure power steering line? I took it apart months ago and can't recall. Does the valve only fit one way? If it is lost, does a new pump come with the valve?

To answer my own questions for anyone else who may stumble on it- Yes there should be a spring, the valve only goes one way, and yes, a new pump comes with both pre-installed.
