Just bought an 09 Ranger Sport 4x4 4.0 5 speed for my wife...Not a bad truck...I have never owned a Ford truck, just Chevys :D...And my two 90's Jeep Cherokees...

welcome to the forum.
you may have noticed a lack of response to your first post. I can't speak for others but if I had to guess it may have something to do with the blasphemous "C" word. either that or the guys haven't had any Snickers lately.

to fix the situation, smear some faux mud on the Ranger and do a photoshop showing it parked on top of that "C" thing. you will be rewarded with at least 1 thumbs up.
to be rewarded with 2 thumbs up add one of the "J" things to the pic.
putting a big red ball in the Ranger's bed multiplies your rewards.

help please

hey im new and not sure im in the appropriate spot. that being said, i have a 97 ranger with a 4.0 and an m5odr1 its 4x4 also. so the truck will turn over a couple times then will not do anything but still has power all the lights are on the interior and exterior. i checked the signal terminal on the starter selinoid and it has no power after the initial start. ive checked all fuses and relays they are all good nothing was blown. ive replaces the starter, starter solenoid, cpps, and the ignition switch and still nothing. im at a loss any help would be much appriciated
