swapped in a Dana 35 from a 94 explorer into a bronco 2. I used the radius arms from the explorer as well. moving the axle around i bumped the radius arms out of their original position. For whatever reason the passenger tire is sticking out a good 3/4 inch or so more than the driver. Any ideas on what i should be looking at. the dana 28 was centered looking and i used the same lift brackets so its something to do with the axle

Bent beam? (driverside maybe?)

I would start with measurements to some reference points such as each fender lip to the frame, ball joint to frame, etc, see if you can find where any discrepancies are.

yeah it turned out to be more of a ride height issue and where the camber was. More positive camber makes it appear to stick out further at least at the the top from up close. Going to try to align it close and I ended up modifying some 2 inch coil spacers and cutting them down to one inch to level out the front end

radius arm position will have nothing to do with outboard wheel width- the pivot point on the beam will not change. You're correct, the positive camber may have made it "appear" to be off center.
