The energy bushings come only with the poly bushing and a sleeve that goes into the bushing. You press them into 1.5" i.d. tube of your choice.

I'm trying to figure out materials im going to use for my three link setup. Do the three energy suspension bushings you used come with tube that they press into? or did you just buy the appropriate material?
I use a piece of 2" .250" wall DOM. The bushing fit in there just fine. :icon_thumby:

I had forgot about it until you brought it up. First of the month is normally slow cause everyone is making there rent or house payment. Middle of the month I get swamped.

So I figured it was a good day to start it.

Well the time has come!! After years of wheeling on this set up it is time to revamp the ranger!! Only issue I ever had with the previous set up was the rear eaton elocker and it always breaking. First task at hand is to remove the spring and shock set up to replace it with 14" travel King coilovers. I'm plating the frame for strength and also the old shock hoop ripped off the frame. I also will be removing the gas tank and mounting a rci fuel cell in the bed to make room. Later this season I will be putting a full width hp44 and a 60 rear.
