so i am going to go look at a 94 ex tomorrow. I still have to call to find out what gears the front and rear have. if they are 373 I will by it for conversion. I think i will do the 4.0 first since my rear main is leaking and then do the axles later.

Pull the whole harness. Swap the dash boards. Basically your B2 will be donating it's body. You will want the whole 4.0 driveline, otherwise you will be replacing the rest realllly soon. From the sounds of most swappers, not terribly hard, just be patient, think thrice, cut once, and you will survive. Good Luck! P.S. 94 expo's are amazing.
