Hi all, first post! (Schwing!)
Anyways, I picked up a 98 ranger from my brother that had sat for a year-ish. I've fixed up many things to get it running, but now I've hit a snag. My horn, power windows, and 4x4 don't work. Additionally, my ABS light is on from the moment the truck is started. And randomly, the speedo stops working, but then will work again like nothing is wrong.
I've done research and found the GEM might be to blame, but many other things it controls work just fine. The things that don't work are not on the same circuit/fuse, so this is where my confusion stems from.
With the 4x4, nothing happens. No lights, sounds... zilch.
Any ideas where to start?
(And I'm quite proficient with electrical stuff, owning a modern VW and all...
