Would these be good choices for parts to lift my b2?

Ok so I'm planning on doing a front lift to get rid of the rake and here is some of the parts that I've chosen:

Spacers:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/1983-1996-Ford-Ranger-2-Supreme-Suspensions-Level-Lift-Kit-4WD-Stud-Extenders-/140549966848?fits=Model:Ranger

Shocks:

New bushings:

This would be everything that I need right? I'm trying to stay on a budget as well. There's no point in buying new stock replacement coil springs is there? I can't tell if mine are sagging or it's got rake from factory.

I like the stud extenders, i was just gonna use washers to lift my b2, so i'm wondering what others have to say about these products myself.
