Hello all! I had posted a question regarding an oil pan and one of the replies I received stated the F-150 intake on the 5.0 L 302 is too tall and won't fit under the hood. I had been told previously this was a good donor vehicle cause everything would swap right in. Any other opinions on this? If too tall, would a cowl hood provide enough additional clearance to solve issue? Any other surprises in store? This is my son's project and he is on a limited budget and we are trying to complete this as inexpensively as possible without cutting corners, would appreciate any and all comments!
