Hi, all. I have a '94 Ranger 4X4 with a 6" suspension and 3" body lift. I plan on replacing the worn out, stock steering shaft with one from Flaming River. Does anyone know the length of the stock shaft? I've heard of two measurements: 1)measure from steering box to shaft just outside the firewall (in the engine compartment), and 2)measure from the steering box to the clamp inside the firewall (inside the vehicle). Which one is the correct measurement? Thanks in advance for any help.
