I looking into putting a comp cam #49-422-8 500/500''hyd into my 1991 4.0l ranger.now my question is it says u need to replace stock pushrods with aftermarket ones but don't know what length ones I need?has anyone out there done this cam swap on the tm90 heads if so what length pushrods did u use.the rebuild section was to confusing for me to figure out.not an engine builder so trying to figure this out would probably wouldn't happen.if it did it probably wouldn't be right anyways.

Most common are 5.50 but honesty Id pick up a push rod length tool and make sure it isn't hard to do and you will know exactly and have piece of mind.
