I have a 02 ranger with power windows. I do not have power to the witch. I checked the fuse what am I missing?

It sounds to me like you're missing a wiring diagram and a multi-meter.

In theory, theory and practice are the same. In practice, they are different.
It is probably just the fuse that supplies the power. However, there are some relays under the dash. You could have a bad relay or a connector unplugged somewhere. I just found this article in the tech articles that should be helpful to you. I haven't studied it yet since I have "manual almost everything" in my truck. Just trying to point you in the right direction.
