My two main brake lights do not come on while the third works fine. Ive checked every fuse, checked the lights, and replaced the boo switch with still nothing. Ive tried finding answers but everyone has the same issue with the switch

Do any of your other rear lights, turn signals, markers, etc, work?

You have checked everything on the power side and seem to have ignored the ground. The 3rd brake light grounds near the roof. The other two lights share a ground with each other and the turns/tails.

If you have, or no someone who has, a powerprobe I would get that thing in there and see what is going on, are you missing power or ground. The PP2 is a bit pricey, but it is a wonderful beginners tool for electrical diagnosis.

I had used a multimeter and tried wedging the brake with things I had laying around to no avail. I came to find out one bulb had actually blown and now that one is working. Im going to replace the other in the morning and check that again. I beginning to think that something shorted out at some point blowing both of the bulbs since no wires are frayed in the usual areas. Also everything else works including the third brake light.

Almost has to be the bulbs at that point.

It actually isn't that uncommon for paired bulbs to go out in pairs like that. It's why most stores only sell them in pairs. The only time only one brake light is on is when the other is blown, so they should wear out at similar rates. Always replace paired bulbs in pairs.

You're absolutely right lol, I appreciate the input even though it turned out to be the thing I suspected at the least. Now to move on to fixing some sensors and evap stuff.
